N.L.M Medical Billing Services was born from a simple truth: mental health providers deserve billing support that understands their work, their challenges, and their mission. After years of working in the medical billing field—especially within behavioral health—we saw firsthand how many practices struggled with denied claims, confusing payer rules, and poor communication from outsourced billing teams. As a Certified Billing and Coding Specialist with deep expertise in ICD-10, CPT, and payer-specific protocols, we knew there had to be a better way. So we built one. We transitioned from working within healthcare organizations to launching our own company—leveraging our accounting background, coding expertise, and passion for advocacy.
